As I enter transition mode and contemplate a return to entrepreneurship, this article struck a chord. Although I launched my first company at 22, I am palpably aware of the possible bias now that a couple of decades have passed. However, like the women in this article, the experience accumulated along the way has only added to my value, not rendered me irrelevant. Truth is, for companies to become and remain relevant, it takes the combined insight of multiple generations working together to collaborate and develop innovative solutions for a more 360 perspective.
