I wanted my various business ventures to succeed, I revealed, because, through that success, I could (a) have an impact on peoples’ lives, and (b) become a conduit to receive money in exchange for a service that changed peoples’ lives, take what I needed to be comfortable, then pass the rest on to make a greater impact on those in-need. Partly out of selflessness and, yes, partly out of ego, too. I’d like to be known and remembered as someone who helped change the world through kindness and compassion.
